Duties And Responsibilities
- Project development for various department/activity of SME,CL & B2C Operations.
- Strong technology adoption, project delivery and domain experience in LMS SME/CL/B2C
- Identify the opportunities of automation in Consumer Operations process to enhance the complete process
- Work in cohesion with IT, business and Operations team for the new developments in operations process
- Manage all the onging projects of operations in terms of tracking, testing and delivery to Operations team
- Scope, plan and execute multiple quick-turnaround projects for SME/CL Operations unit
- Responsible for managing & defining solutions for business requirements with respect to system fitment with keeping operational process in centre
- Responsible for managing requirements from business units across multiple systems and platforms like LMS- Pennant - FinnOne- DataMart - Portal
- Responsible for managing & defining solutions for business requirements with respect to system fitment with keeping operational process in centre
- Ensuring timely delivery of project & respective deliverables
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables
- Preparation of management MIS on various IT projects and deliveries.
- Responsible for management of operational issues and interface with IT delivery managers, business units and QA team for resolution.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- MBA/Post Graduate Degree
- 4-5 years experience in lending business with 2+ years in LMS Operations/ Service / Banking
- Technology orientation and attitude to challenge status-quo.
- Project management skills with exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Negotiation Skills & influencing skills with Excellent Communication
- Good team player with a bent of mind for technology and Problem Solving
