About ARC Insulations:

ARC Insulations specializes in GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) rebars. Our solutions are corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and built for performance. They serve the construction and infrastructure industries with strength that lasts.

Our GFRP rebars last over 80 years. They resist rust, chloride ions, and low pH environments. They are 3x stronger than steel, yet far lighter. This cuts installation time, transportation costs, and long-term maintenance.

Our products meet stringent ASTM standards. They are already transforming industrial flooring, marine structures, road construction, wastewater treatment plants, and precast structures.

Position:

Cluster Manager / Area Manager / Regional Manager

Locations:

Eastern Region (West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim), North-East

What You Will Do

Own revenue, margins, sales strategy, and market expansion.
Build strong relationships with EPCs, consultants, project owners, government bodies, and industrial customers.
Manage pipeline, forecasting, CRM, and performance metrics.
Coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
Drive market development and key account management across construction, infrastructure, and materials sectors.
Work on-site across your state, district, or cluster, and travel for client visits, project sites, and industry events.
Use data to guide decisions and align sales initiatives with business strategy.

Who We Are Looking For:

10 to 15 years of B2B sales experience in TMT Steel, engineered products, infrastructure, construction materials, or RMC industries
Deep area knowledge of projects, builders, developers, and contractors
A proven record of profitable revenue growth, with targets achieved and exceeded
Strong industry relationships and sound commercial judgement
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and partners
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills:

B2B experience in Steel, TMT, or Ready Mix Concrete business is a must.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
An MBA or equivalent advanced qualification will be an advantage.
