Job Responsibility
- Maintain Infra Uptime
- RCA of outages and prepare corrective action plan to avoid repetitions.
- 100% Site Automation and Alarm integration with NOC. Alarm & Metering correction at Site.
- 100 % compliance on PM
- Beat plan and frequent failing sites resolution through Alarm compliance and automation by CIs and field team
- Site visit and closure of punch points
Site Quality & process compliance
- Maintain excellent level of site quality (proper cable laying, correct temperature, correct settings, site in Auto, etc.)
- Identify Gap against specification and ensure timely corrections
- Periodic audit to ensure that civil/tower electrical and other Infrastructure are in best state.
- Ensure ZERO quality/operational process non compliance
- Compliance checking of quality of technicians, partners, spares including any ethical issues
Energy Management
- Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and recommending their remedy action
- Minimising EB faults
- Facilitating in converting non EB sites to EB sites
- DG running hrs. compliance
- 100% Compliances on DG Automation
- 100% adherance to Beat Plan fo EB ,Non EB & Solar Sites in coordination with Energy Team
- Record, Track & Validate diesel Filling by vendors in coordination with filed techs for Monthly reconcilliation for payment
- Track EB Bill collection & Payment by Field Techs to ensure no disruption of service
Compliance of sites access process
- Maintains high level of landlord engagement to ensure 24*7 access and facilitate upgrade / planned event / installation and other operational work at site
- Resolution of hygiene related trouble tickets to ensure landlord satisfaction
Technician performance evaluations
- Identify training needs of technicians and plan for development
- Site allocation, discipline management for technicians Landlord Management
- Team building and motivation
ESH Compliance
- Adhering to SOPs
- Ensuring correctly rated equipments
- Ensure use of PPE by self and technicians
- Support in regular training on ESH and also ensure that safe practices are being following at Tower Site
- Ensure issue and usage of PTW for every activity being done at a site
Qualification
Regular B.Tech Degree (Mechanical, Electrical) - will be preferred Min 3+ years of Exp Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery back up system.
