CLUSTER HEADS / TEAM LEADS FIELD SALES

GETI is looking for 25 energetic, target-driven professionals to lead field-sales teams across assigned cities and district clusters in India.

This is a field-first sales role not a desk-based coordination position. You will lead a team that visits schools, meets principals and management, presents GETI's offerings, develops institutional relationships and closes opportunities.

Role Details:

Positions: 25

Experience: 0–3 years

Employment: Full-time, field-based

Location: Assigned city or district cluster - Across India tier 1 & tier 2 cities

Reporting to: Zonal Head

Team: Approximately 10–15 Field Sales Fellows

Qualification: Graduate; MBA/postgraduate qualification preferred

Travel: Extensive travel within the assigned cluster

What You Will Own:

Monthly, quarterly and annual cluster revenue targets

A qualified sales pipeline with at least 3× target coverage

School visits, presentations, follow-ups and closures

Strategic relationships with principals, founders and directors

Recruitment, training and performance of the field-sales team

Daily activity reviews, weekly pipeline reviews and monthly business reviews

Accurate CRM updates, sales forecasts and cluster reports

Market insights related to competitors, pricing and school-level objections

You May Be a Good Fit If You:

Focus on revenue, conversions and measurable outcomes

Are comfortable working with targets and sales funnels

Can lead, coach and hold a field team accountable

Communicate confidently with school decision-makers

Are fluent in Hindi and comfortable in English

Are willing to travel extensively within your cluster

Experience in school sales, education, EdTech, publishing or K–12 services will be an advantage. Freshers with strong sales aptitude, leadership ability and a proven target-based achievement may also apply.
