Role Overview
This is a leadership role where Cluster Head will be the P & L owner for his region . He / She will be responsible for managing the business and operational performance of a group of centers. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for education to ensure centers achieve revenue, enrollment, and student satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Ownership
- Own revenue targets and P&L for the assigned cluster.
- Drive admissions, enrollments, and collections across centers.
- Monitor and improve center-wise performance, conversion ratios, and productivity.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
2. Operations & Center Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple offline learning centers.
- Ensure standardization of processes, SOPs, and service quality.
- Manage infrastructure, hygiene, safety, and compliance at all centers.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalations proactively.
3. Academic Delivery & Quality
- Ensure high-quality academic delivery and student experience.
- Work closely with academic teams for faculty hiring, deployment, and performance management.
- Monitor student outcomes, retention, and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to academic schedules and delivery standards.
4. Admissions & Sales Enablement
- Lead admissions strategy and execution across centers.
- Train and guide admission counselors / sales teams on pitch, process, and closure.
- Improve lead management, walk-ins, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on local promotions and outreach.
5. People Management & Leadership
- Lead and manage Center Heads, Admissions teams, and Operations staff.
- Build a high-performance culture through training, reviews, and coaching.
- Drive manpower planning, hiring, and attrition control.
- Ensure strong succession planning within the cluster.
6. Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Act as a key liaison between HQ and center teams.
- Present performance reviews, MIS, and forecasts to leadership.
- Highlight risks, opportunities, and improvement plans regularly.
