ROLE : CLUSTER HEAD

TELANGANA | ON-SITE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage 5–10 branches
- Drive business growth with focus on disbursement and collection targets
- Guide and develop field teams
- Strong expertise in bucket collections
- Ensure portfolio quality, risk management and compliance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 12–15 years experience in microfinance, retail lending or NBFC operations
- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Management or a related field
- Strong leadership, business development and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel across the assigned cluster
- Postgraduate qualification or microfinance/rural management certification is an advantage
