Role Description

The Cluster Head will oversee the operational and sales performance of multiple branches in the Bengaluru region in this full-time on-site role. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch teams, driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends, setting strategic goals, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, mentoring, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in sales management, business development, and achieving revenue targets
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services sector, specifically in loans, mortgages, and banking products
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
• Strategic planning and decision-making abilities to drive growth and operational excellence
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze market trends and competition
• Relevant experience in a similar leadership role within the financial industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
