Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and corporate clients across property,liability,motor,health,and speciality lines.
Identify client needs and structure appropriate insurance programs and renewals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and insurers.
Coordinate with operations,claims,and compliance teams for efficient service delivery.
Ensure retention of corporate clients through effective liaison and communication.
Requirements:
Min 7-10 yrs of experience in insurance broking/corporate sales.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and client engagement.
Excellent communication,negotiation and relationship management skills.
Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
