Shivjot Resorts is a fast-growing hospitality brand known for delivering premium stay experiences, destination events, and memorable getaways. With properties in prime locations like Panchkula (near Chandigarh) and Karjat, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Cluster Head to lead multi-property operations and scale our brand to the next level.

Position: Cluster Head

Experience: 5–10 years in hospitality industry

Role Overview

As a Cluster Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations, revenue performance, and guest experience across multiple resort properties. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple resort locations
• Ensure high standards in guest experience, service, and hospitality
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance)
• Drive revenue growth, occupancy, and profitability
• Implement SOPs, streamline processes, and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, events, and bookings
• Handle budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis
