Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Cluster Head at QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd. The Cluster Head will oversee and manage multiple facilities or regions within their cluster, ensuring consistent operational efficiency and growth. This includes supervising daily operations, driving business development activities, monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role will also involve building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring excellent customer service delivery in line with company standards.

- Proven experience in operational oversight, including planning, organizational development, and process improvement
- Proficiency in business development strategies and customer relationship management

- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
