Hiring for the role of Cluster Head – BBG (Business Banking Group) in a Bank.
location-Amritsar /Punjab
Mandatory Criteria:
- Candidate must currently be handling a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) in the BBG/Business Banking segment.
- Strong and proven experience in managing Business Banking portfolios, client acquisition, liability and asset products, and team performance.
- Excellent knowledge of the BBG vertical, including MSME, SME, Working Capital, Trade Finance, and Business Banking products.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of achieving business targets and driving team productivity.
- Strong stakeholder management, customer relationship, and portfolio management skills.
- Candidate must be thoroughly screened and evaluated before submission.
- Preference for candidates currently working with banks or financial institutions in a similar capacity.
- Candidate must be a local resident of the hiring location and possess a strong understanding of the local market.
Preferred Profile
- 10–15+ years of banking experience, with significant exposure to Business Banking/SME Banking.
- Minimum 3–5 years of team handling experience in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in managing multiple branches/regions or a cluster of BBG teams will be an added advantage.
