Cluster Head- Medical Devices(Delhi/Kolkata)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, track and participate in government tenders (state + central) relevant to the territory

• Manage and expand a network of 3–6 authorized distributors across the territory

• Achieve empanelment in hospital / state rate contracts for product listing

• Drive product demonstrations in government hospitals, health centers, and NHM programs

• Coordinate with HQ (Delhi) for tender documentation, pricing approvals, and compliance

• Achieve quarterly and annual targets: tender wins, revenue, empanelment, distributor count

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven wins in AIIMS / ESIC / CGHS tenders

• Hands-on GeM portal bidding experience

• Active network with Central Procurement Officers

• Proximity to Delhi HQ for fast approvals & coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Sc / B.Pharma / B.E. (Biomedical / Electronics) + MBA preferred

• Experience in diagnostics, point-of-care devices, or portable medical equipment

• Proficiency in local language(s) of the territory

• Two-wheeler and four-wheeler license; readiness for extensive field travel
