Role Overview
The Cluster Head will own end-to-end business delivery across 1015 Key Hospitals in a cluster, leading a team of 30-40 sales associates. This role blends Business Growth, P&L ownership, Stakeholder Management, and Operational Execution. You will drive patient onboarding and penetration, strengthen relationships with senior hospital leaders (COOs, billing and insurance heads), and build a performance-driven culture within your team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Growth Ownership
- Full ownership of P&L, growth targets, contribution margin, and penetration for the cluster.
- Drive business growth by leading and motivating sales associates.
- Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and scale business outcomes.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage relationships with senior hospital stakeholders (COOs, Heads of Insurance/Billing/Operations).
- Position Aldun as a strategic partner, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Lead conversations around business expansion and cross-hospital partnerships.
3. Execution & Operations
- Ensure smooth delivery of services across all hospitals in the cluster.
- Oversee billing, disbursals, and process compliance, while improving turnaround times (TAT).
- Balance on ground execution with strategic initiatives to ensure scalability.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of 30-40 sales associates across hospitals.
- Create a performance driven culture through structured reviews, incentives, and recognition.
- Proactively manage hiring, training, and retention to build a strong talent pipeline.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Growth, P&L management, category management, customer success, or business operations.
- Proven ability to lead large distributed teams across multiple locations.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership (CXO/COO level).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for problem solving and growth decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Background in healthcare, e-commerce, FMCG, SaaS or consumer services preferred.
