Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cluster Head role based in Nagpur. The Cluster Head will oversee business operations within the assigned cluster, manage and motivate the sales team, and drive growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing partnerships, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
