Role:

We are looking for an experienced Advisory Team Leader who has hands-on experience in managing and leading an Investment Advisory/Wealth Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Wealth/Investment Advisors.
• Drive advisory revenue, AUM, client acquisition and retention.
• Handle HNI/UHNI client relationships and provide investment solutions.
• Monitor team performance, targets and advisory quality.
• Train, mentor and motivate advisory team members.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal advisory guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Stock Broking.
• Mandatory experience in team handling of Wealth/Investment Advisors.
• Strong knowledge of equity, mutual funds and other investment products.
• Proven track record in advisory sales and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership, client management and communication skills.
• Only candidates from Broking & Wealth Management industry.
• Candidates with pure insurance/banking sales experience will not be considered.
