Role Description
The Cluster Head will oversee the operations and performance of multiple business units within the Vadodara region. This full-time, on-site role involves managing sales targets, driving business growth, mentoring and developing teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Cluster Head will actively engage in strategizing and implementing plans to optimize operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in strategy formulation, business development, and operational planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales management and achieving targets
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and market trends
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Proven track record in managing multiple teams and achieving organizational objectives
