Job Description

Role Overview

The Cluster Head will own and drive business performance for a defined cluster of cities/markets at NoBroker. This role is responsible for revenue growth, team leadership, operational excellence, and execution of strategic initiatives across the cluster. The incumbent will ensure achievement of sales targets, improve customer experience, and strengthen NoBroker's market leadership in the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Revenue Ownership

  • Own P&L and revenue targets for the assigned cluster.
  • Drive growth across core real estate verticals (rent, resale, builder/luxury, as applicable).
  • Develop and execute cluster-level business plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

Sales & Market Execution

  • Drive high performance across city/area sales teams within the cluster.
  • Ensure strong pipeline management, lead conversion, and productivity metrics.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing to fine-tune sales strategies.
  • Ensure consistent execution of NoBroker's sales processes and CRM hygiene.

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and scale multi-city sales and operations teams.
  • Hire, train, and develop Area/City Heads and senior managers.
  • Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive a high-accountability culture.
  • Build strong succession plans and leadership bench strength.

Operations & Customer Experience

  • Ensure smooth end-to-end operations across the cluster with minimal escalations.
  • Drive superior customer experience and improve NPS/CSAT scores.
  • Collaborate with central teams (product, marketing, supply, finance, HR) for execution excellence.
  • Monitor operational metrics and continuously improve efficiency and quality.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives and new launches.
  • Provide regular business insights, dashboards, and reviews to senior management.
  • Implement organization-wide programs and policies at the cluster level.
