Job Description

  • Lead and manage the regional business across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, acting as the operational head for all commercial and market functions.
  • Drive regional P&L ownership with clear focus on growth, profitability, and long‑term market shaping.
  • Oversee sales, marketing, and market access initiatives to strengthen the organization's footprint across multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Build deep relationships with key doctors, hospital networks, government bodies, and ecosystem influencers.
  • Shape the external environment by influencing policy, improving access, and strengthening brand equity across the region.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to widen access to innovative healthcare solutions.
  • Drive cross‑functional excellence by aligning with medical, regulatory, access, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer and patient value.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cluster Head - AP/TL should have:

  • 18+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong exposure to regional business leadership.
  • Proven success managing multi‑therapy portfolios and cross‑functional commercial operations.
  • Strong P&L management experience with the ability to drive both growth and efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana healthcare market dynamics.
  • Skilled in leading integrated teams across sales, marketing, and market access.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with clinicians, government bodies, and key accounts.
  • Agile leadership mindset with the ability to build a transparent, values‑driven team culture.
  • Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence internal and external ecosystems.
  • Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad if required.
