The Cluster Head ADRV will be responsible for managing a team of Advisor Development Retention Managers (ADRMs) to drive activation, productivity, and retention of existing advisors. The role focuses on strengthening advisor performance, ensuring consistent sales outcomes, and maintaining high-quality business standards.
Team Structure
- Manage a team of 10 ADRMs
- Each ADRM handles 1530 existing advisors
- Focus is on advisor activation retention (not recruitment)
Key Responsibilities- Team Management Leadership
- Supervise, guide, and mentor ADRMs to achieve performance targets
- Drive accountability and performance culture within the team
- Conduct regular reviews, field visits, and one-on-one coaching
- Advisor Activation Retention
- Ensure month-on-month activation of assigned advisors
- Drive advisor engagement and retention strategies
- Monitor advisor productivity and take corrective actions
- Sales Performance
- Drive new business and cross-sell opportunities through ADRMs and advisors
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales metrics and pipeline
- Quality Persistency
- Maintain and improve sales quality standards
- Ensure strong persistency ratios (policy renewal continuation)
- Promote ethical selling practices
- Training Development
- Train ADRMs and advisors on:
- New product launches
- Policy updates and revisions
- Ensure high participation in:
- Training sessions
- GO-meets and review forums
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Training, Underwriting, etc.)
- Identify and resolve field-level challenges
- Enable smoother processes for advisors and ADRMs
