Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BCA, M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., MCA, PTC, B.Ed., Diploma in IT or relevant field)
- 2–3 years of experience preferred (Freshers with strong aptitude may also apply)
- Passion for working with rural students (Gujarati medium schools)
- Students who are pursuing graduation and have a passion for technology are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibility:
- Lead and coordinate the Digital Skill Building Program across assigned clusters
- Conduct regular field visits & coordinate with schools, communities, and internal teams
- Design and implement curriculum, strategies, and training methodologies
- Conduct online/offline sessions and demo classes
- Monitor program quality, assessments, and student progress
- Prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), impact stories, and documentation
- Manage data, records, photos/videos, and inventory
- Organize events, competitions, and student engagement activities
- Support social media, communication, and outreach initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Proficiency in MS Office, AI, graphic design, email communication, and digital tools
- Ability to create content (flyer, videos, presentations, reports)
- Teaching and facilitation skills (digital literacy, language, maths, career awareness)
- Strong documentation and reporting ability
- Team coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking
- Willingness to travel in rural areas
- Basic understanding of CSR initiatives
