Requirements
- MDS with 35 years of post-MDS experience
- Proven experience managing multiple dental clinics / centers (4+ clinics) or experience managing a very high performing clinic
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with targets, numbers, and performance tracking
- Experience handling complete clinic operations
- Ability to balance clinical responsibility + operational ownership
- Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple dental clinics within the assigned cluster
- Ensure high clinical quality, SOP adherence, and exceptional patient experience
- Drive productivity, conversions, and clinic performance
- Own end-to-end clinic operations including staffing, workflows, and discipline
- Mentor, guide, and review CGDs, doctors, and clinic teams
- Ensure compliance with attendance, policies, hygiene, and operational standards
- Work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and Central Teams
- Act as the business and clinical owner of the assigned cluster
