The Cluster Branch Head Banca will drive life insurance business through assigned bank branches in the cluster by managing bank relationships, leading sales teams, and achieving business targets. The role focuses on revenue growth, partner engagement, and team productivity in the Bancassurance channel.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Management
Drive life insurance sales through allocated bank branches in the cluster
Achieve premium, revenue, and activation targets as per company plan
Implement sales strategies and campaigns across branches
Monitor branch-wise performance and ensure target achievement
Bank Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank cluster heads and branch managers
Conduct joint sales calls with bank staff to generate business
Ensure visibility and positioning of insurance products in bank branches
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate Banca sales managers/relationship officers in the cluster
Set individual targets and monitor performance
