Job Description

Holds the highest level of responsibility within the club, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
All staff members in the gym will be directly answerable to the manager.
Responsible for handling all purchase-related activities required for smooth functioning.
Makes minor financial decisions to support daily business needs.
May participate in sales activities and will be incentivized based on performance.
Ensures staff performance and discipline, maintaining a productive work environment.
Manages the staff roster and daily shift timings to ensure optimal coverage.
Expected to work flexible hours, with an average of 9 hours per day.
Accountable for meeting overall club targets, including sales, marketing, and service goals.
Oversees club software systems for operational efficiency and reporting.
Manages public relations, lead follow-ups, and membership conversions.
Leads pre-sales efforts, including execution of marketing activities such as flyers, inserts, and outdoor promotions.
