Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall operations and performance of the club.
  • Holds the highest level of responsibility within the gym; all staff members report to the Front Office Manager.
  • Oversees all purchasing activities required for the smooth functioning of the club.
  • Makes minor financial decisions related to daily operations.
  • Actively participates in sales and is eligible for performance-based incentives.
  • Ensures all staff members perform efficiently, maintain discipline, and meet service standards.
  • Handles staff scheduling, including managing the roster and work timings.
  • Expected to work flexible hours, averaging approximately 9 hours per day.
  • Accountable for achieving the overall club targets.
  • Manages and monitors the club's software systems for operations and reporting.
  • Conducts public relations, follow-ups, and conversion activities to drive membership growth.
  • Leads pre-sales and marketing initiatives, including planning and executing campaigns involving flyers, inserts, and outdoor marketing activities.
