Job Description

  • Holds the highest level of responsibility in the club, managing all operational, administrative, and member service functions.
  • All club staff are directly answerable to the Club Manager.
  • Oversees all purchasing activities for smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Makes minor financial decisions as required for regular club functioning.
  • Actively involved in sales efforts, with performance-based incentives applicable.
  • Ensures that staff deliver high performance through supervision and training.
  • Manages staff rosters and shift timings to optimize productivity and member coverage.
  • Expected to work flexible hours, averaging 9 hours per day as per business needs.
  • Accountable for achieving club targets, including sales, service, and operational KPIs.
  • Oversees the club's software systems to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Leads PR efforts, lead follow-ups, and membership conversions.
  • Manages pre-sales activities and coordinates marketing initiatives such as flyers, inserts, and outdoor promotions to boost brand visibility and drive membership growth.
