Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Club Manager at Anytime Fitness India, based in Ahmedabad. The Club Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional facility standards. Responsibilities include member engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing marketing strategies, and driving membership growth. The role also involves financial tracking, maintaining equipment operations, and fostering a positive and motivational fitness environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership and people management skills to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Customer service and communication skills to ensure member satisfaction and address concerns professionally
- Sales and marketing experience, particularly in membership growth, client outreach, and promotional campaigns
- Operations and facility management skills, including overseeing gym equipment and ensuring a clean and safe environment
- Proficiency in basic financial tracking and reporting to monitor club performance and achieve revenue targets
- Ability to build member engagement and foster a community-driven fitness environment
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, health sciences or a related field is preferred
