Job Description

Holds the highest level of responsibility in overseeing club operations and business growth.
All gym staff are accountable to the BDM, ensuring a structured and performance-driven environment.
Manages all purchase-related activities to support operational efficiency.
Takes minor financial decisions required for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the club.
May actively participate in sales activities and is eligible for incentive-based rewards.
Ensures that staff members perform effectively, aligning with service and business goals.
Oversees staff scheduling and roster management to ensure coverage and productivity.
Maintains flexible work hours, typically around 9 hours per day, as per operational needs.
Accountable for meeting overall club targets, including revenue, retention, and member engagement.
Manages the club's software systems for operations, tracking, and reporting.
Handles public relations, lead follow-ups, and membership conversions.
Leads pre-sales initiatives, including the planning and execution of marketing activities such as flyers, inserts, and outdoor promotions.
