About The Role
We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to craft modern, visually engaging interfaces that simplify complex business and AI-driven workflows.
Youll design dashboards, analytics, and enterprise features, turning data into clear, actionable visuals.
This role includes maintaining and evolving our design system, delivering pixel-perfect mockups, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
UI Design :
- Create visually engaging interfaces that simplify complex business processes.
- Develop modern, consistent UI components, patterns, and layouts for dashboards and analytics tools.
- Translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable visuals for users.
Visual Craftsmanship
- Apply best practices in typography, color theory, iconography, layout, and interactive elements.
- Ensure interfaces are accessible, responsive, and pixel-perfect across devices.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Collaborative Design Process
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define UI requirements, define solutions, and ensure design outcomes align with technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Design System & Component Library Management
- Contribute to and maintain design system documentation and reusable UI component libraries.
- Ensure visual consistency and efficient collaboration across teams.
- Provide detailed, production-ready mockups, specifications, and design documentation for seamless collaboration and shipping pixel-perfect UIs with engineering teams.
Stay At The Forefront Of UI Trends
- Keep up with the latest advancements in enterprise UI, data visualization, and AI-powered interface design.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6+ years of focused UI design experience: building interfaces for complex web, SaaS, or AI/enterprise platforms.
- Portfolio required, showing visually compelling work for technical or business users.
- Advanced proficiency with design tools: Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Experience in creating reusable components and design systems.
- Advanced skill in visual design principles: typography, color theory, grid systems, iconography, responsive layouts.
- Proven track record in shipping pixel-perfect UIs and collaborating closely with engineering for design handoffs.
- Ability to create detailed, production-ready mockups, specs, and design documentation.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills: able to present visual solutions and gather feedback from technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in designing for AI/automation-driven products (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-driven and adaptable: proactive in a fast-changing environment, comfortable exploring new patterns and trends for enterprise audiences.
