Key Deliverables

• Monitor systems and validate alerts using various monitoring tools to ensure operational integrity.
• Perform first-tier troubleshooting to resolve system and network performance issues efficiently.
• Architect and build new solutions within AWS to meet evolving business requirements.
• Proactively refine documentation for systems, troubleshooting guides, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure quick and effective response to outages in accordance with established policies.
• Collaborate with remote teams to maintain maximum system uptime and operational excellence.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or CloudOps engineer supporting 24x7 mission-critical applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Must have a good understanding of AWS services and components such as EC2, EBS, VPC, WAF, ALB, Lambda, S3, and IAM.
• Scripting experience with tools like Ansible, shell script, PowerShell, Python, or Terraform.
• Working experience with both Windows and Linux instances.
• Ability to work non-standard business hours, including rotating shifts and on-call pager duty.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with various monitoring tools such as Prometheus and CloudWatch Agent.
• Experience working in a regulated or ISO-certified environment.
• AWS certification and ISMS experience.
• Experience with Burp testing, Pen Testing, or Oracle DBA.
