Cloud Workspace & IT Administrator

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Workspace Administrator to manage and support a remote-first IT environment. The role focuses on Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD identity management, endpoint administration, and workspace platforms such as Power BI, Slack, and Power Automate. You will manage remote employee infrastructure, device security, workspace access, and automation workflows for a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Identity & Infrastructure

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, and access policies
• Implement RBAC, MFA, and conditional access policies
• Administer device management using Intune / MDM / ManageEngine
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding automation
• Maintain endpoint security for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems

Workspace & Collaboration Tools

• Administer Slack workspace management and integrations
• Manage Power BI workspaces, access control, and dataset refresh
• Support Power Automate workflows and automation pipelines
• Maintain integrations between CRM, analytics, and collaboration tools

IT Operations & Automation

Automate IT workflows for:

User provisioning

Workspace setup

Access management

Provide remote IT support for distributed teams

Maintain documentation for infrastructure and access policies.
