Check Point is looking for a promising and brilliant Cloud Technical Account Manager.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage a book of large Enterprise customers, be responsible for account health, renewal, and revenue growth.
- Guide product adoption to achieve business outcomes by gaining a deep understanding of typical business challenges faced by our customers and appropriately map features and services.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers. Liaison with Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address customers technical needs.
- Provide demos, feature updates, and education resources to help customers learn and adopt our cloud products.
- Through regular meeting cadence, proactively uncover customer needs and new use cases, anticipate risks, and collaborate with other departments to protect and grow your accounts.
- Guide a customer along a maturity curve to adopt more complex features and use cases.
- Build relationships with customers, help them unblock challenges, and turn them into advocates.
- Team and collaborate well across a diverse and matrixed internal organization to drive customer success.
Desired Background
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer facing role across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering or related areas.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success and aligning internal resources for customer outcomes.
- Ability to uncover evolving customer requirements and map to platform features.
- Strong consulting and project management skills, with proven results working as a reliable advisor to drive business value for customers.
- Executive communication style and experience, with a positive can do attitude.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, delivering, maintaining or managing Cloud Infrastructure, or Cloud Security solutions required.
- 2+ years of security architecture, cloud security architecture, information security consulting, or GRC network infrastructure management experience in an enterprise environment preferred.
- Must have a solid understanding of common cloud technologies - Alibaba, Amazon AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Must be competent with scripting (e.g. Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby, PHP) and be ready to build new tools for customers as and when needed.
- Knowledge on Check Point Firewall implementation and configuration is added advantage.
- Solid exposure to HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP/switching/routing protocols with tools like TCP DUMP and Wireshark.
- CCSA or CCSE relevant certification is a plus.
- Team player with the highest level of integrity, who looks to innovate and improve process and programs.
- Proactive, organized, analytical, detail oriented, and persistent.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (post-pandemic)
