Role Summary:
We are looking for a 5+ year experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Support Engineer to manage and support security operations within Oracle Cloud environments. The role focuses on access control, security management, and technical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across Oracle Fusion modules (Finance & Procurement) and related OCI services.
Key Responsibilities:
Security & Access Management (Primary Focus):
- Handle user access provisioning, role assignments, and security configurations in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) including custom role creation and troubleshooting
- Perform access issue analysis and resolution independently
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and audit requirements
Oracle Cloud Support Operations:
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance & Procurement modules)
- Troubleshoot incidents related to access, security, and environment issues
- Coordinate with Oracle Support (SR Management) for issue resolution
- Perform initial diagnostics and root cause analysis (RCA)
Environment & Provisioning Management:
- Manage environment provisioning and refresh activities (PROD/NON-PROD)
- Ensure environment readiness and consistency across DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD
- Support patch validation and post-deployment health checks (security perspective)
OCI & Integration Administration:
- Work on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for security configurations and architecture understanding
- Support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) administration
- Understand security endpoints across integrated services
Coordination & Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and Oracle support
- Work with functional teams when required but handle independent troubleshooting wherever possible
- Support hypercare and rollout phases with quick issue resolution
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Security
- Expertise in Access Management & RBAC
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Finance & Procurement modules
- Good exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience in incident management & troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of functional workflows (Finance/Procurement)
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience in environment provisioning & refresh cycles
- Familiarity with patch validation (security side)
- Knowledge of Oracle SR handling
Work Location & Shift:
- Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Chennai.
- Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM IST (supporting EMEA & US EST time zones)
