Job Description

Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years

Shift Requirement

  • 24x7 rotational shifts with weekend support as required.
  • Indicative shift timings: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM/12:00 PM – 9:00 PM/8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure-based cloud platforms.
  • Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Support customer onboarding, platform usage, integrations, and technical issues.
  • Provide L1 support for Kubernetes environments and cloud-native applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to access, connectivity, performance, deployments, and monitoring.
  • Work with Grafana, GitOps, CI/CD tools, NoSQL databases, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Operations, or Platform Support.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and production support.
  • Experience with Grafana and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to AI/ML, GPU infrastructure, or data-intensive workloads.
  • Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or other IaC tools.
  • CKA certification is an advantage.
