Job Description

Experience in IaaS Compute Networking Storage

Conceptual Understanding Security Containerization

Assist in the deployment and management of Azure services including Azure Functions File or Blob Storage Virtual Network etc

Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure performance swarnings and troubleshoot and mitigate incidents

Incident Investigation and Resolution

Provide Operational inputs to L3 SMEs for streamlining operations

Collaborate with SMEs to implement security measures and compliance protocols

Document Incident resolutions processes configurations changes in the cloud environment

Execute and troubleshoot scrips like PowerShell and Python

ManagingProvision Infrastructure using Azure Resource Manager Terraform

Work on Ansible for orchestration automating configuration tasks by executing playbooks

Support Azure Backup job monitoring restore requests and runbook execution

Knowledge to IAM Observability Tools
