Cloud Support Engineer

Hiresquad Resources is urgently seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our client's team in Gurugram. If you have a minimum of 12 months of experience with cloud technologies, excellent English communication skills, and are ready for an immediate start in a US Voice process, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Cloud Experience: Minimum of 12 months of mandatory cloud experience, with a preference for experience in Intune, Azure, O365, or AWS.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Certification Requirements: You must have at least two certifications or be prepared to complete two certifications during the training period. Relevant certifications include:
• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Azure
• Dynamics 365
• MCSE/MCITP
• ITIL

Skills

• Communication:Excellent English Communication is mandatory for this US Voice process.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for cloud-related issues.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Technical Aptitude: A strong passion for technology and continuous learning in the cloud domain.

Role & Responsibilities (Implied from the role)

• Provide technical support to US-based customers for cloud-related issues via voice.
• Diagnose and resolve problems pertaining to cloud platforms like Azure, O365, Intune, or AWS.
• Guide users through solutions and best practices for cloud services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of reported issues and resolutions.
