M365 and Azure Infrastructure Specialist

Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Cloud Lead to join our team and manage the IT infrastructure and cloud change-the-Bank agenda for APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Bank's cloud and IT systems are secure, reliable, and meet the needs of the business. In addition, the candidate must be familiar with AWS, AZURE, EntraID, Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop architecture, as these are key components of Mizuho Bank's cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead change-the-Bank projects in IT infrastructure and cloud supporting the region

Ensure that the cloud and IT systems are designed to operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other teams to ensure smooth transformation and timely delivery of projects

Provide guidance and technical support to team members and other IT staff in the region

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to IT infrastructure and cloud onboarding

Develop and implement processes to monitor and analyze system performance, stability and KPI

Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

At least 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud solution design & implementation

Strong knowledge of AWS, AZURE, EntraID, Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop architecture

Solid experience on regulatory requirement on M365 / Cloud across APAC

Experience in design and managing IT infrastructure and cloud operations in a regional organization

Experience in design and managing VMware on Azure and/or AWS cloud environment

Experience in automation and scripting.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect would be an advantage

Experience in design and managing Hybrid and Multi cloud Strategy is a plus
