Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales of the company's technology solutions portfolio, including Cloud Services, AI Surveillance Solutions, Networking Solutions, and IT Infrastructure Products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, key account management, and achieving revenue targets across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Cloud, AI Camera, ASUS, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and networking activities.
- Promote and sell:
- Cloud Solutions (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Virtual Servers, Cloud Storage, Backup Solutions, Managed Cloud Services)
- AI Surveillance Solutions (AI Cameras, Video Analytics, Security Monitoring Solutions)
- ASUS Products (Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Servers, Components, and Enterprise Solutions)
- Networking & Security Solutions (Firewall, Switches, Wi-Fi, Structured Cabling, and Network Infrastructure)
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and government customers.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT Product Sales, Cloud Sales, Networking Sales, System Integration, ISP, or Technology Solutions Sales.
- Experience in selling cloud services, surveillance solutions, hardware products, or enterprise IT solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing, AI Surveillance, IT Hardware, and Networking Solutions.
- Ability to engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and Decision Makers.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
