We are seeking a skilled Office 365 Identity Consultant and MS TeamsOneDrive SME to support secure collaboration and identitydriven access across Microsoft 365 workloads The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise in Teams and OneDrive hybrid identity and authentication controls that ensure a secure and efficient user experience
Responsibilities
Provide SMElevel support for Microsoft Teams and OneDrive configuration administration user access and policy management
Work with identity teams to ensure secure access through Conditional Access MFA and identity governance policies
Troubleshoot Teams meeting issues chat calling features OneDrive sync problems and filesharing permissions
Manage Teams lifecycle activities including provisioning policy updates retention and guest access governance
Support enterprise rollout of Teams and OneDrive features ensuring compliance and user readiness
Assist with migrations to TeamsOneDrive including data movement and user onboarding
Maintain documentation related to TeamsODFB configurations troubleshooting guides and SOPs
Collaborate with security teams to implement DLP sensitivity labels and secure sharing models
Analyze usage insights and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
Required Skills
Strong experience administering Teams and OneDrive in enterprise environments
Working knowledge of Azure AD identity access policies and hybrid sync
Troubleshooting experience with voice features meetings device policies and filesharing issues
Basic PowerShell automation for TeamsOneDrive administration
Understanding of security compliance features in M365
