Role Description

We are an IT services company specializing in Cloud and AI solutions, helping organizations modernize and scale on AWS and Azure. We are looking for a dynamic Cloud Solutions Consultant who can own the complete customer engagement lifecycle from initial discovery through delivery. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a technically strong professional who thrives at the intersection of architecture, development, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers to drive requirements gathering, workshops, and discovery sessions

Design and present end-to-end Cloud & AI solution architectures (AWS / Azure) tailored to customer needs

Own project delivery from scoping through go-live, ensuring quality and timeline adherence

Lead and contribute to hands-on solution development on AWS or Azure

Produce structured project artifacts: SOWs, HLD/LLD, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and post-implementation reports

Act as a single point of contact for customers across presales, design, and delivery phases

Collaborate with internal teams and manage stakeholder expectations proactively

Support presales by contributing to proposals, effort estimates, and solution demos

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure across compute, networking, storage, and serverless

Solid programming skills with hands-on experience in Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js

Proven client-facing experience in a consulting, pre-sales, or solutions architect role

Strong proficiency in cloud-native development on AWS (Lambda, CDK, API Gateway, ECS) or Azure (Functions, ARM/Bicep, AKS, Logic Apps)

Experience delivering end-to-end projects with ownership of both technical and client outcomes

Ability to produce professional-grade project artifacts across all delivery phases

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure certification (preferred)

Preferred Qualification:

Hands-on experience with Gen AI services (Azure OpenAI, Claude, RAG architectures, Langchain)

Experience with contact center solutions (Amazon Connect, Azure Communication Services)

Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Azure DevOps)
