Key Responsibilities
- Deliver proactive services including education workshops, assessments, and expert technical guidance.
- Partner with customers to design, deploy, maintain, and migrate Exchange environments (Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019).
- Support Exchange hybrid configurations and perform on-premises and cloud migrations.
Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server (2010/2013/2016/2019).
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex enterprise messaging environments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Exchange Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
