Job Title: Cloud Service Engineer (Excellent Opportunity)

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a skilled Cloud Service Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building intelligent voice solutions and working with cutting-edge cloud and conversational AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Google IVA/IVR solutions
• Build conversational agents using Google Dialogflow CX/ES and Contact Center AI (CCAI)
• Create seamless and intuitive IVR call flows using intent-based design principles
• Integrate IVR/IVA systems with REST APIs and backend services
• Develop and manage fulfillment/webhooks using JavaScript or Python
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in building Google IVA/IVR agents
• Solid understanding of IVR call flows, telephony concepts, and conversational design
• Experience integrating APIs and backend systems
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python

Cloud & Platform Expertise:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, logging, and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of security best practices, IAM, and API management
