Role: Cloud Security Remediation Support Analyst-IM
Key Responsibilities
As a Cloud Cyber Security Remediation Support Analyst for our Cloud Security team, you will work on the following activities:
Remediation Enablement
- Gather Cloud security findings for a set of applications (> 50), using Prisma Cloud and Amazon Inspector
- Organize gathered findings in Google-sheet documents that apply Remediation Services template documents
- Share the csv file that contains findings for a specific application to the Digital Cyber security vulnerability management team
Remediation Campaigns
- Conduct dedicated remediation campaigns for specific vulnerabilities that are identified by the Cloud Security team
- Identify the applications that are impacted by these specific vulnerabilities and connect with the relevant contacts in their teams
- Follow-up with them to remediate over regular intervals (bi-weekly / monthly)
Support Requests
- Manage the support requests coming from developers that deal with vulnerability remediation
- Build a first analysis and a first set of recommendations for the received request, then finalize it with the CloudSec remediation team.
- Always produce detailed and effective documentations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 8+ years of relevant experience as a Cloud Security Operations Analyst /Engineer
- Good knowledge of AWS and GCP Cloud environments (Azure knowledge would be a plus)
- Working experience of Cloud Security Operations using CSPM (Preferably PRISMA Cloud)
- Past experience in vulnerability management, especially in the context of a cloud environment
- Prior knowledge of AWS Security Hub & AWS Inspector will be an added advantage
- Good to have Certifications: AWS /GCP Certified Cloud Security Engineer etc.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and utilise time effectively
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban is an added advantage

Education: Bachelor or masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
