Cloud Security Engineer,

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Engineer with over 5+ years of experience in cloud security tools, particularly Wiz. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong expertise in implementation, configuration, and continuous monitoring of cloud security platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in securing cloud environments and ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and manage Wiz for cloud security posture management.
• Monitor cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and risks.
• Work with tools like Wiz, Prisma Cloud, or similar platforms to enhance security visibility.
• Analyze security findings and collaborate with engineering teams to remediate issues.
• Ensure continuous compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
• Integrate Wiz with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native services.
• Generate and present security reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud security threats and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Security.
• Hands-on experience with Wiz is mandatory; familiarity with Prisma Cloud or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in implementing and monitoring cloud security tools.
• Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant cloud or security certifications (e.g., AWS Security, Azure Security, CISSP, CCSP).
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and automation tools.
• Understanding of container security and Kubernetes environments.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing security risks.
