AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and
fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
At Amazon, Security is Top Priority. We are looking for security architects who are passionate about Cloud Security. Ideal candidates are those who have working experience with AWS Cloud, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, Network Security, Cloud Security Assessment, Penetration testing, Application security assessment, Compliance audits, Cryptography, and are interested in helping customers embrace cloud technologies. This role is ideal for security architects who have worked in regulated industries like Banks, Insurance Companies, PSUs or as security architects in System Integrators.
AWS ProServe India is looking for a SRC (Security, Risk & Compliance) Architect with a strong foundation in traditional cloud and infrastructure security, coupled with a forward-looking focus on AI Security. This role will deliver end-to-end security engagements for customers in India and globally - spanning network security, identity management, encryption, compliance, and DevSecOps, while also helping customers secure their Generative AI, LLM, and agentic AI workloads against emerging threats such as prompt injection, model poisoning, and data exfiltration.
This role is ideal for professionals who have built their careers on traditional security disciplines (infrastructure hardening, penetration testing, compliance audits, incident response) in regulated industries like Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services - and who are now extending that expertise into AI/ML security. Ideal candidates bring deep hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Security, Network & Infrastructure Security, Cryptography, and DevSecOps, alongside growing proficiency in securing AI workloads, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems. A passion for helping customers embrace both cloud and AI technologies securely is essential.

. Deliver DevSecOps pipelines integrating IaC scanners, SAST, and DAST tools
. Develop end-to-end security automation solutions (using IaC, Python, application code) to reduce organizational risk
. Strong programming skills in at least one language: Python, Java, Go, C/C++, or equivalent.
AI & Generative AI Security
. Assess and mitigate security risks associated with AI/ML workloads, including model poisoning, prompt injection, data leakage, and adversarial attacks
. Design security architectures for GenAI and LLM-based applications (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, AgentCore) including guardrails, content filtering, and access controls.
. Implement responsible AI governance frameworks covering data privacy, model explainability, and bias detection.
. Advise customers on securing agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and AI supply chains against emerging threats
Identity & Access Management

. Understand cryptography (certificate management, encryption/decryption, PKI)
Data Encryption & Key Management
