We are looking for professionals who want to grow in customer-facing business roles that combine tech sales, business development, solution understanding, follow-ups, and relationship-building.

About the Role

This role is for candidates who want exposure to the business side of cloud and IT solution selling.

The selected candidate will work closely with leadership in prospect meetings, presentations, follow-ups, proposal discussions, requirement capture, and opportunity support. The role also involves helping identify where our cloud and IT offerings fit in a customer environment and supporting structured follow-up on opportunities.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in cloud sales, tech sales, business development, and customer-facing technology roles.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Help identify prospects and support outreach efforts
  • Help set up meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Accompany leadership in customer meetings and presentations
  • Support cloud and IT solution discussions with prospects and clients
  • Understand customer requirements and business pain points
  • Help identify where our cloud, IT, and digital solutions fit
  • Capture meeting notes, opportunity details, and follow-up points in a structured manner
  • Support proposal discussions, pitch material, and opportunity coordination
  • Help maintain continuity with prospects through timely follow-ups
  • Support relationship-building and business development activities
  • Work with internal teams to ensure clarity of customer requirements and next steps
  • Help leadership in improving how our cloud and IT offerings are positioned and communicated

Qualification Requirements

  • Fresher to 2 years of experience
  • Engineering plus MBA preferred
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in cloud, IT services, digital transformation, and technology solutions
  • Confidence in customer interaction and business meetings
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and relationship management ability
  • Ability to understand requirements and summarize them clearly
  • Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Interest in working in customer-facing business roles
  • Exposure to cloud platforms or cloud solution selling will be a plus
  • Some experience or familiarity with AWS sales / AWS cloud offerings will be preferred
