Job Description

Role Objective

We are looking for a proactive Cloud Sales Executive who is not only a closer but also a hunter. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecyclefrom identifying and generating your own leads to closing high-value deals for Cloud, VPS, and Dedicated Server solutions. You must have a proven track record of finding new business opportunities in the competitive hosting market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active Lead Generation: Independently identify and qualify new business prospects through outbound calling, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and industry research.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the process from cold outreach to technical discovery, proposal creation, and final contract signing.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Target high-growth sectors such as E-commerce, SaaS providers, and Web Agencies that require scalable VPS and Dedicated Server infrastructure.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct deep-dive consultations to match client technical requirements with eWebGuru's server configurations.
  • Pipeline Growth: Maintain a robust and consistent sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and offerings for Cloud and VPS services to maintain eWebGuru's competitive edge during the bidding process.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Proven Sales Record: Minimum 2 years of direct experience selling Cloud, VPS, and Dedicated Servers. (Applicants without specific hosting sales experience will not be considered).
    • Lead Generation Mastery: Expert-level skills in outbound sales techniques and tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or similar).
    • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of server specifications (RAM, CPU, NVMe storage), virtualization technologies, and the difference between Managed and Unmanaged hosting.
    • High Resilience: A hunter mindset with the persistence to handle cold outreach and overcome technical objections.
    • Communication: Strong English proficiency with the ability to write persuasive sales emails and conduct professional technical presentations.

  • Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    1. Lead Conversion Rate: Number of self-generated leads converted to paying clients.
    2. Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): New revenue generated specifically from VPS and Dedicated Server contracts.
    3. Outbound Activity: Consistent volume of daily cold calls and personalized outreach messages.
