As a Product Manager for Airtel Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cloud service offerings. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and driving the strategic product roadmap that aligns with market demands, technological advancements, and Airtel's overall business objectives. This includes identifying opportunities for new services, enhancing existing offerings, and ensuring our portfolio remains competitive and relevant in the dynamic cloud landscape.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and customer-centricity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and finance, to bring your product vision to life. A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with our team of experienced Cloud PSS and Solution Architects, who work directly with our customers to understand their unique business challenges and design tailored cloud solutions leveraging the breadth of the Airtel Cloud platform. Your understanding of customer needs and market trends will directly drive the product growth.

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic Roadmap Define and maintain the strategic product roadmap for Airtel Cloud services.
2. Market Analysis Conduct market analysis to identify trends and inform product strategy.
3. Product Definition Translate business needs into detailed product requirements.
4. Solution Collaboration Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects on customer solutions.
5. Technical Understanding Develop a strong understanding of Airtel Cloud's technical architecture.
6. Costing and Pricing Develop costing estimates and contribute to pricing strategies.
7. Lifecycle Management Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Airtel Cloud products.
8. Cross-Functional Work Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product success.
9. Technical Expertise Maintain deep expertise in cloud architecture and implementation.
10. Team Enablement Coach and mentor team members on cloud standards and practices.
11. Architecture Leadership Lead the definition of cloud reference architectures and management systems.
