We are looking for a senior Cloud Practice Delivery Head to lead large-scale cloud delivery across hyperscaler platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). The role owns end-to-end cloud delivery, operational excellence, innovation adoption, and stakeholder management for global enterprise clients. This position reports into the Global Cloud & Infrastructure Delivery leadership.

• Own cloud accounts from onboarding through steady-state operations, ensuring governance and alignment with business goals
• Act as senior delivery and escalation point for key clients and partners
• Drive operational excellence across cloud infrastructure, compliance, security, and FinOps
• Lead and mentor large global cloud delivery teams (1,000+ resources)
• Champion cloud-native, AI/GenAI, automation, DevOps, and SRE adoption
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, CSI, and structured execution frameworks
• Promote innovation, reusable assets, accelerators, and IP creation

• 20+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in cloud delivery or cloud practice leadership
• Proven experience leading large-scale cloud organizations and complex transformations
• Strong expertise in cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native architectures
• Solid understanding of cloud economics, TCO, ROI, and large deal management
• Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with hyperscalers and managing enterprise cloud operations

• Senior delivery leader from a large IT services organization
• Strong balance of delivery rigor, innovation mindset, and financial acumen
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-client, multi-geography environments
