Job Role (Purpose): Own endtoend delivery for Coforge's Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) engagements within CIMS driving delivery excellence, margin, and customer outcomes at scale. You will build a highperforming, certificationrich delivery organization that consistently lands, expands, and modernizes workloads on hyperscalers while meeting contractual SLAs and Coforge quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Governance: Run weekly/monthly governance with customers and internal leadership; proactive risk/issue management; audit readiness
- Strategic Cloud Oversight: Oversee cloud accounts from their initial setup through to ongoing operations, ensuring that each account aligns with business objectives and governance requirements
- Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior partners involved in cloud projects, facilitating effective communication and smooth onboarding processes
- Operational Cloud Excellence: Supervise all aspects of cloud infrastructure, including resource planning, access management, and compliance adherence. Address operational escalations promptly and deliver regular reports to stakeholders
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor cloud delivery teams, promote cross-functional collaboration, and represent the cloud practice in key internal and external forums
- Cloud Innovation: Lead the adoption of advanced cloud technologies such as AI, GenAI, automation, and cloud-native solutions. Champion co-innovation initiatives with clients and partners using rapid prototyping and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) cycles

- Recognition & IP: Encourage and promote recognition for innovative cloud solutions. Foster the development and patenting of intellectual property to strengthen the organisation's competitive advantage
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in managing cloud delivery or leading a cloud practice
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities within cloud environments
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), automation, and driving innovation
- Experience in cloud financial governance and compliance management
- Exceptional leadership and ability to collaborate across functions Ability to drive transformation and manage change in complex environments
- 20 years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 10 years in cloud practice delivery leadership role
- Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud organisations (over 1,000 employees)
- Extensive background in cloud transformation, migration, modernisation, and cloud-native architecture
- Strong financial acumen, particularly in handling large deals and understanding cloud economics such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Executive-level skills in communication, stakeholder management, and leadership
