Cloud Platform Engineer (Redis/GemFire)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and operate cloud platform capabilities supporting production workloads across environments
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters including upgrades scaling capacity planning and workload scheduling
• Implement and maintain platform reliability practices health checks autoscaling backup restore and disaster recovery readiness
• Deploy manage and tune Redis for performance availability and data durability establish best practices for caching patterns and usage
• Create automation for provisioning and lifecycle management of platform components using repeatable version controlled approaches
• Improve observability by defining metrics logs and alerts for Kubernetes and data services drive incident response and post incident improvements
• Partner with engineering teams to onboard services to the platform troubleshoot runtime issues and improve developer experience
• Ensure platform security hygiene through access controls secrets management practices and secure configuration standards
